Everything worth knowing about AffiWave - tracking, commissions, partners, payouts and integrations.
Getting started
AffiWave is a modular SaaS platform for building and running your own affiliate and partner program - tracking, campaigns, commissions, payouts and analytics in one system.
For SaaS companies, ecommerce stores, course and digital-product creators, agencies and subscription businesses that want to run their own partner program with full control over their data.
Yes - AffiWave is delivered as SaaS, with white-label deployment and a custom domain available on the Enterprise plan.
Yes. You create a program, invite partners and define commissions and campaigns - all from the panel, no spreadsheets.
Tracking
AffiWave tracks clicks through unique referral links and discount codes, and records conversions client-side (tracking script) and server-side (API and webhooks).
Yes - discount codes can be assigned to partners and campaigns, with different attribution models (code = partner, last click, campaign).
Yes. You can send conversions directly via API or webhooks, which improves attribution accuracy regardless of cookie restrictions.
Yes - through ready-made integrations (Stripe, Paddle, WooCommerce, Shopify) or your own integration via API and webhooks.
Commissions
Percentage, flat, recurring, tiered, performance bonuses, per-campaign and per-partner commissions, first-sale and lifetime. Manual adjustments are also possible.
Yes - a recurring commission is calculated on every subsequent subscription payment, for a set period or for the partner's lifetime.
Yes. Each campaign can have its own commission rule, and rules can also be assigned to specific partners with a defined priority.
You can enable an approval workflow - commissions wait for approval so you can verify conversions before payout.
Partners, payouts and security
Yes - partners have a separate portal with earnings, links, codes, conversions, payout status and promo assets.
Approved commissions become payable once they reach the threshold. You create payout batches, approve them and mark them as paid; the list can be exported to CSV.
AffiWave surfaces risk signals (e.g. many conversions from one IP, an unusually high CR, a very fast conversion after a click) and routes them to a manual review queue. These are signals to review, not confirmed fraud.
Yes - there are integrations with popular payment and ecommerce systems, and you can connect the rest via API, webhooks and Zapier/Make.
