AffiWave provides tools for creating and managing affiliate and partner programs, including tracking, campaigns, commission rules, payouts and analytics. The available features depend on the selected plan.
Using the service requires creating an account. The user is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for actions performed on the account. AffiWave may suspend an account in case of a breach of these terms.
The user (program operator) defines the program's terms, including commission rates, cookie window, payout thresholds and partner approval rules. AffiWave provides only the technical infrastructure.
Tracking is performed through referral links, discount codes and server-side events (API and webhooks). Attribution accuracy may depend on the user's configuration and end-user browser settings.
Commissions are calculated according to the rules set by the program operator. Payouts are made after approval and once the threshold is reached. The program operator is responsible for settlements with partners.
The program operator is responsible for the program's compliance with applicable law, including tax settlements, marketing content and relationships with partners.
AffiWave provides its tools on an "as-is" basis. Risk signals are advisory and do not constitute confirmation of fraud. AffiWave does not guarantee specific sales results or full effectiveness of abuse detection.
Paid plans are provided on a subscription basis. Billing details, invoices and usage limits are defined by the selected plan and the billing panel.
